Fields of application

Food-processing

For several years, traceability has been present in the food processing. It's subject to continuous and constant development in order to meet European standards especially in public health area (HACCP-based procedures).

Depending on the area (milk, meat, agricultural, etc.), the traceability is set up from the production, manufacturing area, to the final consignee (integrator, consumer, processor), using RFID tags :

  • Raw materials identification and control, production batch creation
  • Processing operations tracking and control (cutting, cooking, salting, etc.), directly recorded on the RFID tag
  • Temperatures monitoring, storage informations, recorded in the tag memory in the form of an event log
  • Data control by tag reading, by the competent authorities (veterinary services, control bodies) and by customers (wholesalers, retailers)

Forest products

The improvment and the profitability of the sector, due to an organized traceability from harvesting places to finished goods :

  • Logs identification and tracking from the harvesting place to the sawmill
  • NIMP15 standard respect
  • Chips implementation, (low or high-frequency) adapted to suit the operating conditions. Patented product

RFID tags implementation in pallets, crates and wooden containers improves :

  • Location and pallets movements in production divisions
  • Pack loading / unloading management
  • Production stream optimization, shipments administrative management (BL, invoices)
  • Pallets stock management and costs reduction

Direct implementation of tags inside the trunk of the trees in the plantation, allows to monitor :

  • Parcels growth and state of health in order to better manage forest resources valorisation
  • Planted areas control, in the context of the fight against deforestation
  • Fight against wood illegal importations (wood origin control)

Within the framework of the National Development Project for a secure access to a database containing medical data for each patient, we put all our skills and know-how in large database management.

Supply chain

Global logistic, from the production area or from the manufacturing area, to the to the final consignee (integrator, consumer, processor), using RFID tags :

  • Parcels, containers, pallets, batch etc. identification
  • Breaking bulk, transshipment monitoring directly recorded in the tag memory in the form of an event log
  • Data control by tag reading (customs, shipment receiver department)
